Digger’s Journeys In Georgia

On Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, Digger Dog celebrated Safety Week with Gwinnett County Water Resources!

On Saturday, September 17, 2016, Digger Dog had a great time seeing the members at Cobb EMC’s Annual Meeting at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta, GA!  

On Saturday, September 10, 2016, Digger Dog came out to cheer and hang out with all the runners at GA811’s First Annual 5K Run!    

On Thursday, 8/11 day Digger Dog visited the call center of Southern Company Gas (AGL) to celebrate Safe Digging Day in Riverdale, GA!  He had a great time taking pictures with all the representatives and helping get the word out to “Call 811 before you Dig”!

On Saturday, July 23, 2016, Digger Dog braced the heat to give out school supplies to children in need in Jasper County with City of Monticello Gas Department in Monticello, GA!

On Saturday, July 16, 2016, Digger Dog attended GA811’s Diamond Dig with the Gwinnett Braves at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville, GA!  He enjoyed seeing all the Gwinnett Brave fans, Georgia 811 employees and Stakeholders!  He even got to throw the first pitch!

On, Wednesday, July 13, 2016, the Digger Dog show presented 2 shows at Family Fun and Safety Day at the Cobb Safety Village in Marietta, GA!  Digger explained to the children and their parents the 2 reasons that they should “Call 811 Before they dig”.  To prevent damaging the underground…

On Monday, June 27, 2016, the Digger Dog show visited the K-5th grade summer campers at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Lithia Springs, GA.  He told them, before their parents did any big digging project in the yard, they have to 811 so that their underground utilities would be marked!  …
