The Digger Dog show and City of Thomasville Utilities visited the 4th grade at Harper Elementary. He told them that after their parents GA811, we notify the utility companies in the area and they send out a person called a locator to locate and mark where the underground utilities are buried! Sometimes they use spray paint and other times they use location flags.
